RestoRepo

Acceptable use policy

Last updated October 6, 2026

RestoRepo is shared by many restaurants. These rules keep it safe and reliable for all of them. They apply to everyone who uses the service.

Use RestoRepo for your restaurant

Use the service to run checklists, reports and alerts for your own business and its locations.

Don't

  • Try to get into accounts, locations or data you haven't been given access to.
  • Probe, scan or test the service for weaknesses, or try to get around security or usage limits.
  • Upload anything illegal, harmful, or that you don't have the right to share, including malware.
  • Upload photos of people where they would reasonably expect privacy, such as washrooms or changing areas while in use.
  • Use alerts to send messages to people who haven't agreed to receive them, or for anything other than your restaurant's operations.
  • Send automated traffic that overloads the service, or copy content from it in bulk by automated means.
  • Resell or give access to RestoRepo to another business without our written agreement.

Photos and staff

Photos should show the work, such as a shelf, a station or a temperature reading, not people. If a person appears by accident, that's fine; just don't make people the subject.

Reporting a problem

If you find a security issue or see the service being misused, email support@restorepo.com. Please give us reasonable time to fix a security issue before sharing it with anyone else.

What we do about breaches

Depending on how serious it is, we may contact you, remove content, or suspend accounts. Where we can, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix it.
