Service

RestoRepo provides restaurant operations and reporting tools. Specific features, implementation work, support levels, pricing, and hosting responsibilities are defined in the applicable proposal or service agreement.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for authorized user access, accurate configuration, lawful collection of report information and images, staff training, and appropriate review of operational records.

Availability and changes

The service may be updated, maintained, or temporarily unavailable. Any service-level commitments should be stated in a separate signed agreement.

Ownership

Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, RestoRepo software, branding, and underlying intellectual property remain the property of the service provider. Customers retain ownership of their submitted business data.
